To ensure a smooth delivery process, Synergy (UK) Ltd have chosen Royal Mail for the deliveries of all its products. If you are in the UK, we will send your purchase using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Service which can take anywhere between 3-5 working days to arrive from the time of purchase. For our European customers, we have selected to Royal Mail International Signer for Sevice / Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for Service (depending on availability) and deliveries should take anywhere between 7-14 working days to arrive from the time of purchase. Customers falling outside the United Kingdom and Europe will have their purchases sent by either Royal Mail International Signer for Service / Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for Service (depending on availability) and the delivery aim is between 7-21 working days from time of purchase.
In all cases a signature is required upon delivery, so kindly make sure someone is at your delivery address to sign for the parcel.
By default, all parcels will be sent to the Billing Address associated to the card you are using for payment. If you would rather have your purchase delivered to an alternative address, there are options within the purchase process to notify us of such requests.
If you have decided to return a product that you purchased from TheNeutralizer.eu then under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to cancel your order within ten working days from the day you received the product.
It is imperative that you take reasonable care of the products whilst in your possession and the products must be returned to us not used/unopened and in the same condition that you received the products with your proof of purchase. TheNeutralizer.eu advises that prior to returning a product you exercise your right to cancel by writing to us at email@example.com or to Synergy (UK) Ltd. TheNeutralizer.eu don’t offer a collection service for products that are to be returned back to Synergy (UK) Ltd.
No return postage is paid for by TheNeutralizer.eu, the customer has to return their product at their own expense should this be required.
Once we have received the returned product we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method please be aware that it can take up to ten (10) working days to refund payment to you.
